- First of all, having good standards of hygiene is key. Make sure you
shower everyday and after sports or other sweaty activities. Use a good
deodrant every morning after washing your armpits. Wash your hands
regularly and if you are worried about them drying out carry a small pot
of moisturizer around with you.
- Your hair is one of the first things people notice about you.
Keep it clean by washing it at least once every two days. Make
conditioning after shampooing a habit. Although blowdrying your hair is a
quick and easy way to dry your hair, it dries out the hairs natural
oils. Try leaving it to dry naturally once a week. Always brush your
hair even on lazy days around the house.

Skin is important and should be on your priority list.
Use an exfoliating sponge in the shower to wash away all dead skin
cells. Moisturize after washing. Wash your face every morning and night
to keep grime at bay.
- Don't bite your nails. If you are already in a habit you can buy oils to go on your fingers so that you don't bite them.
- Relax. Take time everyday to have you time. Meditate, have a hot bath, read a good book just take it easy.
- If you are in a negative state of mind about yourself, write a list of good things about yourself (e.g.
Musical, Soft skin) and things that you can improve on. Also write how
you can improve them and what you can then do to maintan it.
- Love yourself. You shouldn't want to be anyone else and if you do think why.
- Treat yourself. You deserve it. Have a massage, buy a new pair of shoes, just do what you want.
- Empathise. Other people appreciate this. Try and understand what it would be like to be this person.
- Listen. However much you want to talk about your problem, a conversation is a two-way thing.
- Be kind. Everyone likes this and everyone expects it.
- Smile. Spread positivity. If you do it, hopefully everyone else will too.
